We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our terms and conditions. Your timely communication

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy
Late Arrival Policy:
Patients are kindly requested to contact OWMC support at least one hour before their scheduled appointment in case of running late.
Missed Appointments:
In the event that a patient arrives late to more than two appointments, a one-time fee of $L 250 will be applied.
Cancellations and No-Show Policy:
Should a patient fail to attend a scheduled appointment without providing prior/post notice, a one-time fee of $L 500 will be incurred and charged during their next scheduled appointment.
Rescheduling Appointments:
Patients are permitted to reschedule appointments, provided it is done no later than four hours in advance. Failure to adhere to this timeline will result in a one-time fee of $L 200.
Please note that the fee amounts are subject to change based on the frequency of appointment rescheduling.
Appointment Rescheduling:
In cases where an appointment needs to be rescheduled, patients will receive notification one day to eight hours before the scheduled appointment. They will be given the opportunity to choose a suitable alternative date for rescheduling.
Experience Policy
Event Customization:
Patients who have events included in their package are requested to provide customization details at least two to three weeks prior to the event date. This advance notice ensures that we can accommodate your preferences effectively.
Venue Preview:
Patients have the opportunity to view the event venue up to two days before the scheduled event. This allows our decorator to make any necessary adjustments, additions, or customization(s) to meet your requirements.
Guest Estimate:
We kindly ask patients to provide an estimate of the number of guests who will be attending their events. This helps us ensure that the arrangements are suitable and enjoyable for everyone involved.
Labor and Delivery Room Guests:
During the birthing process, patients are requested to limit the number of guests in the room to a maximum of four individuals. This ensures a conducive and comfortable environment for labor and delivery.
Recovery Suite Guests:
Patients are welcome to have any number of guests in their recovery suite. We understand the importance of support during the recovery period.
Pregnancy Health Maintenance:
Patients are advised to prioritize their health during pregnancy and take proper care of themselves. We encourage you to follow recommended guidelines to ensure a healthy pregnancy journey.
Sickness Policy:
Patients are allowed a grace period for up to two instances of sickness. Beyond this, a fee of $L 150 will be charged for each subsequent illness. This policy is in place to ensure your well-being and the well-being of others.

Payment & Refund Policy
Weekend Appointments:
Please note that appointments are not available during weekends.

Pricing Structure:
Our prices are established based on starting fees, encompassing all essential components to provide you with a true-to-life experience.
Optional Add-Ons:
The selection of add-ons is entirely at your discretion. You are under no obligation to purchase add-ons if you choose not to.
Accepted Payment Methods:
At Oceanside Wellness & Maternity Center, we welcome two forms of payment: Lindens (SecondLife Currency) or CashApp.
Prior Contact for CashApp Purchases:
Patients are required to contact OWMC support before making any purchases via CashApp.
Payment Flexibility:
We offer payment plans, which can be discussed during your initial appointment.
Combined Payments:
Package and add-on payments can be submitted simultaneously.
Refund Precondition:
Please be aware that purchases made prior to contacting OWMC support will not be eligible for refunds.
Refund Policy:
Refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to decline refund requests if deemed appropriate.
Confirmation Invoice:
An invoice will be issued to confirm the receipt of payment.
